Making a return is very easy. You have several options:

1) A courier will pick up what you want to return at the address you indicate. The cost is €4,95 in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

2) You can take it to any Post Office Drop-off point, with the QR code that we will send you. We will deduct €2,95 from the amount to be returned.

3) You can take it to any collection point Drop off Prime, with the QR code that we will send you. The moment you leave the package in one of them, you will instantly receive the refund or store credit. We will deduct €2,95 from the amount to be returned. If it is a size change, when you leave the product you will receive a confirmation message with the new product on its way.
