RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you did not get the size right, you can return it or exchange it at the maximum term of 15 days from the date you receive your package.
🍃 The RITA perfume and handbag perfume are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
⚠️ For OUTLET purchases, refunds will be issued via a voucher that does not expire and can be used at www.ritavon.es
🔄 SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Size or product exchanges are FREE in mainland Spain and Portugal.

🌎 From any other location (Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries), unfortunately we cannot yet offer this service: you will need to make a return and a new purchase.
📦 RETURNS
Making a return is super easy. You have two options:
1) Click on the link below and once you choose the reason for the ReturnYou can select different delivery points to drop off your package. The return shipping cost is €4,95 (for mainland Spain and Portugal) and will be deducted from the refund amount.
! ️ For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of the world, the rates appear once you fill in your return delivery location; the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

2) If you prefer to send it yourself, at your own expense, just click on the link below and once you choose the reason for the ReturnYou can choose to ship it yourself and you won't be charged shipping costs.

Once we receive the package, we will check that the item is in perfect condition and issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method or as a gift card if you selected that option. We will send you an email notification. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time we receive the item until you receive the notification email.
