RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you did not get the size right, you can return it or exchange it at the maximum period of 15 calendar days (from the date your package arrives until we receive it back).
FINAL AUCTION: NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
In purchases of discounted garments as of August 16, no changes or returns are allowed because it is the final shot of the collection.
CAMBIOS OF SIZE
The changes of size are FREE in the Spanish Peninsula and Portugal.
It is very comfortable! You just have to select the size you want and, if we have it in stock, a courier will deliver the new size and a different courier will pick up the one you return, at no cost.. From any other place (Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries), unfortunately we still cannot offer this service: you will have to make a return and a new purchase.

If you want a product change, you must make a return and a new purchase.

RETURNS
Making a return is very easy. You have several options:
1) A courier will pick up what you want to exchange or return at the address you indicate. The cost is €4,95 in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
2) You can take it to any Post Office Drop-off point, with the QR code that we will send you. We will deduct €2,95 from the amount to be returned.
3) You can take it to any Drop-off Prime collection point, with the QR code that we will send you.
The moment you leave the package in one of them, you will instantly receive a refund or store credit. We will deduct €2,95 from the amount to be returned. If it is a size change, when you leave the product you will receive a confirmation message with the new product on the way.

4) If you prefer to send it yourself, at your cost, you can do it to the following address, and we will refund the full amount of the garment or garments as long as it arrives in good condition and within the established period:

For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of the world, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned (the rates appear once you fill in your collection location).
Once we verify that the returned garment is in perfect conditions, with all labels and in its cloth bag, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days in the same form of payment with which the purchase was made and we will send you an informative email.
