RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you have not got the size right, you can return it in the maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date your package arrives.
For hygiene reasons, we do not admit changes in headdresses nor in the pending.
Making a return is super easy, you just have to follow the following steps:
1. Put the garments in their packaging, and with your name and order number inside (so we can quickly identify you)
2. Send us the package, well closed, to the following address:

If you prefer, we can help you manage the shipment of the garments. Write to email@example.com and we will email you a code to send the package from any post office. This service is active in the Peninsula and has a cost of €6,50, which we will deduct from the amount of the refund or the coupon.
3. Once it has been verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days in the same form of payment with which the purchase was made and we will send you an informative email.
In the case of returns of discounted garments, or whenever the buyer so requests, a refund will not be made, but a voucher in the form of a coupon that we will send by mail to buy at www.ritavon.es without expiration for the amount of the garments. .
To make a change regardless of whether they are discounted garments or not, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manage the shipment of the new garments and the collection of the old ones.
This service is active in the Peninsula and is free of charge.
