If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you did not get the size right, you can return it or exchange it at the maximum term of 15 days from the date you receive your package.

Size or product exchanges are FREE in mainland Spain and Portugal.

🌎 From any other location (Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries), unfortunately we cannot yet offer this service: you will need to make a return and a new purchase.
📦 RETURNS
Making a return is super easy. You have two options:
1) Click on the link below and once you choose the reason for the ReturnYou can select different delivery points to drop off your package. The return shipping cost is €4,95 and will be deducted from your refund.

2) If you prefer to send it yourself, at your own expense, just click on the link below and once you choose the reason for the ReturnYou can choose to ship it yourself and you won't be charged shipping costs.

! ️ For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the rest of the world, shipping rates will appear once you enter your return delivery address. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the package, we will check that the item is in perfect condition and issue the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 days to the same payment method you used for the order, or as a gift card if you selected that option. We will send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 72 hours from when we receive the item until you receive the confirmation email.
