If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you did not get the size right, you can return it or exchange it at the maximum period of 15 calendar days (from the date your package arrives until we receive it back).
WE EXTEND THE RETURN PERIOD UNTIL 11/01/2023.
For hygiene reasons, we do not admit changes in headdresses nor in the pending earrings.
On Black Friday and times of Sales and Clearances, the return will be made by means of a voucher that does not expire.
If you need a change of size or garment, you must make a return and place a new order.
Making a return is very easy. They are free in the Peninsula and Portugal.
For, The Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the rest of the World, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned (the rates appear once you fill in your collection location)
A courier will pick up what you want to exchange or return.
Once we verify that the returned garment is in perfect conditions, with all labels and in its cloth bag, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days in the same form of payment with which the purchase was made and we will send you an informative email.
